• Refund requests accepted within 7 days of receipt
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Shipping costs for non-quality issues are borne by the buyer
• We cover shipping costs for quality-related returns

• Used or damaged items
• Items without original packaging or tags
• Sale/clearance items (unless quality issues exist)

3. Return item as instructed

• Custom-made items are non-refundable except for quality issues
• Electronic products must be verified for no human damage
• Underwear items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons
